About Us

Ann is a Certified Professional Spiritual Director and a Certified Charism Discernment Trainer. Jeff is in year 3 of 5 of formation for the Permanent Diaconate. Ann and/or Jeff speak at various Catholic events throughout the year as requested.   Jeff serves as a chaperone for Come and See seminary weekend visits for men discerning a call to the priesthood. Jeff is also assisting with Altar Serving, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, Funerals and Holy Week liturgies at Saint Richard Catholic Church in Jackson.

We have served as volunteers in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jackson, Mississippi since 2000.  Prior to that, we served in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Austin, Texas for 6 years.  

Since January of 2004, Jeff and Ann have facilitated the Search for Christian Maturity Retreats for the Diocese of Jackson, Mississippi.  This retreat is similar to Cursillo, intended for juniors and seniors in high school. This is a peer led retreat that focuses on Vocations and living in holy community.

Additionally, Jeff and Ann have helped with Confirmation, Marriage Prep,  LifeTeen, Youth Ministry, Youth Retreats, Knights of Columbus, Small Faith Groups, ChristLife, Fund Raising, Habitat for Humanity and the local Stewpot.

Jeff and Ann Cook are both natives of Mississippi.  Ann is a Registered Nurse working in Pediatrics at Madison Ridgeland Children's Clinis and Jeff is a Device Planning Engineer at C Spire.
